A lot of current research has found that the majority of chronic pain is not caused by physical problems in the body, rather by learned neural pathways in the brain. Essentially, the requirement to reduce chronic pain is to teach our brains that the sensation we are interpreting is safe and not dangerous. In other words, when we are able to change that by creating some new neural pathways the brain interprets these sensations differently and chronic pain diminishes.


The essence of Chronic Pain Release (CPR) is based on the discipline of quiet mind listening and repetation, which is at the heart of better managing your chronic pain. Your pain likely took years, sometimes even decades, to develop. Accepting that our inner healing capacity is buried underneath a layer of resistance, we simply need to re-connect with that capability to produce results. CPR can help you find that renewed way of being.


Chronic Pain Release (CPR) is a repetitive learning program for home therapy using communication crafted by Izabela Adamus for repetition and change and consists of 45 hours of repetitive messaging. To be more than educational, and be truly TRANSFORMATIONAL, our suggested use of Wholistic Therapeutic's Chronic Pain Release (CPR) audio is to listen to it for 1/2 hour per day, every day, for about 3 months. It takes some discipline, but it is no different than listening to 4 or 5 audio books in that same period of time. The intent is to reduce your chronic pain and:
